Built and used daily at Sonnenglas
Checky is not a pitch deck. It started as the tool we needed ourselves.
Where Checky comes from
Sonnenglas makes solar lamps. Like any growing company, we had recurring things that had to happen: weekly updates, checks that someone had to confirm, numbers that someone had to report.
Status meetings and reminder messages did not scale. So we built a small internal tool that asks the right person the right question at the right time, and shows us who answered.
That tool became Checky.
How we use it
- Recurring questions to the team, on a schedule that fits each question
- Yes/no confirmations for things that must not be forgotten
- Numbers reported on a fixed rhythm instead of chased by message
- Absences and public holidays respected, so nobody gets asked on their day off
What we will not do
We will not show you invented testimonials, logos of customers we do not have, or made-up percentages. Checky is used every day by one company: ours. If you try it, we would like to hear what works for you and what does not.
Why sell it?
Because other teams have the same problem. We are making Checky available hosted and as source code you can run yourself, so it fits small teams and companies that need to keep their data in house.
