15Five is a performance-management platform: weekly check-ins with pulse, OKRs, 1-on-1s, reviews, engagement surveys and AI features (AMAYA). Check-ins start on the Perform plan at $11 per user per month, billed annually; there's no free plan.
Checky isn't a performance-management suite. If you need reviews, compensation and engagement surveys, 15Five is the better tool. If you need reliable recurring check-ins, KPIs, absences and anonymous wellbeing, Checky does that at a flat price or as a one-time self-host licence.

- Checky self-host: $200 one-time up to 25 users, $500 up to 100 users, including 1 year of updates. It keeps working without renewal; with updates in years 2 and 3: licence + 2 × 40% of the licence.

Export what you need from 15Five and keep it as an archive (we couldn't verify 15Five's export options). Checky can't import 15Five data.

Recreate your questions as checks: schedule (e.g. weekdays at 9:00), type (yes/no, rating, text or KPI), expected answer and reaction window.

Only if you use 15Five mainly for check-ins. Checky has no performance reviews, 1-on-1s, OKRs or compensation tools.
Is SSO included?
In Checky, yes: Google, Microsoft, OIDC and SAML on every plan, including self-host. 15Five supports SAML and SCIM; we couldn't verify which plan it needs.
Is there a monthly plan?
Checky hosted can be paid monthly or yearly. 15Five's pricing page lists annual billing only.
